How long is the commitment?

There’s no minimum commitment required. You can continue month-to-month for as long as you need support. This gives you full flexibility to scale up or pause the retainer whenever it feels right for your business.

What if I don’t use all my requests in a month?

No worries—your unused requests won’t go to waste. Any unused deliverables will roll over into the next cycle, so you always get the full value of your retainer. However, please note that too many rolled-over deliverables may not always be possible to deliver all at once.

Do I get priority service?

Yes, absolutely. As a retainer client, you’re always at the top of the queue. Your projects get priority over one-off requests, ensuring faster turnaround and consistent support.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time. Even if you decide to end the retainer midway through a month, you’ll still receive all the agreed deliverables until the end of that billing cycle.

When do I need to pay the retainer fee?

The retainer fee is prepaid. Once the contract is signed, I’ll raise the invoice, and payment is due at the beginning of the partnership.

What if I request additional services during the month?

No worries—those requests are possible. Any additional services outside your retainer package will be invoiced in the next month’s billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel in the middle of a month?

Even if you cancel midway, you’ll still receive all the agreed deliverables for that month. The retainer runs until the end of the billing cycle.

How are revisions handled?

Revisions are always part of the process. Each deliverable includes reasonable rounds of revisions to make sure the outcome aligns with your brand. My goal is to refine until it feels right, without unnecessary back-and-forth.

What if I want to update an item from previous deliverables?

No issue at all—as long as it’s a minor update, I’m happy to make the changes. However, if the update requires major revisions or a complete rework, it may be considered a new deliverable within your retainer.
